Yoga
Yoga brings an enhanced feeling of freedom and space to our body and spirit. Through the practice of the postures and the focus on breathing, we are able to bring ourselves into a sense of balance and harmony. Practicing yoga leads to a stronger more flexible body and a quieter mind.
YOGA BRUNCH

Join Jane Macpherson for a relaxing morning combining yoga postures and breathing techniques to energise and refresh the body and mind – followed by a delicious brunch.

Jane Macpherson will lead ongoing classes on Monday mornings 8.15am – 9.40am
